Jenilee and Will had a beautiful yet simple autumn elopement with their loved ones in Burney Falls, California.

The water cascading down the rocks provided a breathtaking view. Creating a romantic ambiance, highlighting the couple’s love and commitment to each other. The waterfall combined with the cozy autumn atmosphere created a truly magical and fairytale setting.

Being a Destination Wedding Photographer, I have had the opportunity to witness couples exchange vows in various picturesque locations. However, Burney Falls holds a special place in my heart. Its natural beauty and serene atmosphere make it a dream location for any couple looking to tie the knot in nature’s embrace.

Surrounded by their closest friends and family, Jenilee and Will exchanged heartfelt vows under the magnificent waterfall and heavy mist. The roaring sound of the waterfall was actually so powerful that I couldn’t even hear their vows. But was quickly encaptured by the overflowing love and happiness between these two amazing souls.

As an Elopement Photographer, my role goes beyond just taking photos. It is about capturing the emotions and story behind every shot. The pure joy and energy radiating from these two was palpable. Seeing their smiles, tears, and laughter make me teary eyed every time I look upon these photos. I’m immediately transferred back to that special day and I hope you get that feeling of being there too when looking at these photos.
